[edit] Star Trek: Away Team

Few races are as cunning and dangerous as the Romulans. Like the Klingons, Romulans are a warlike race. However, Romulans are not bound by honours, in fact most Romulan centurins use trickery and treachery most effectively. Romulans share common ancestry with Vulcans.

Some high-ranking Romulans also utilize cloaking technology to hide their presence. They also use cloaked Mines to stop invaders-you can use a tricorder to detect cloaked Mines when you enter Romulan territory.

The home world of the Romulan Empire is Romulus, a dangerous place beyond the Neutral Zone.

[edit] Star Trek: Birth of the Federation

Romulan
The Romulans are an ancient offshoot of the Vulcan race who departed from their ancestral home when Surak's logical philosophy was taking root. Their society is republican and frequently isolationist; the Romulans prefer to mind their own affairs and let other races mind theirs. In consequence, the Romulans have cloaking devices installed in all their starships.

[edit] Star Trek: Elite Force II

Romulan Soldier
An offshoot from the Vulcan people, the Romulan Star Empire is surrounded in secrecy and has a history of being aggressive but non confrontational towards the Federation. Although the Dominion War saw the two powers come together as allies, and the Enterprise's key role in the Reman incident earnt the respect of many key Romulan figures, many factions in military still believe that the Federation cannot be trusted.
