Sheila is the Chief Medical Officer aboard the USS Incursion. Raised in London, she joined Starfleet at a young age. She is a very talented healer and a respected authority on alien biology. While her battle skills are not as strong as the other Medical Officers, her healing skills are unmatched.

Throughout her career, Dr Thatcher has been credited with discovering cures for seven disease-causing alien agents. She is widley regarded as Starfleet's foremost authority on alien pathogens and physiological disorders.

Shiela prefers to carry numerous Hyposprays over spare Neural Disruptor recharge clips.
